About Sophia's House
Sophia's House is an international cultural community dedicated to language learning, literature, film, storytelling, and meaningful conversations.
Membership provides access to experiences and community participation. It does not provide educational certification.
Membership
Members receive benefits according to their selected membership level.
Membership benefits may evolve over time as Sophia's House continues to grow.
Community Guidelines
We ask every member to:
- Treat others with kindness and respect.
- Welcome diverse perspectives.
- Participate in good faith.
- Respect the privacy of fellow members.
- Help create a safe and welcoming environment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these principles.
Story Guide Sessions
Private Story Guide sessions are intended for educational and conversational purposes only.
They do not constitute:
- Medical advice
- Psychological therapy
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Immigration advice
Scheduling
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice.
Missed appointments are considered completed sessions.
Membership Payments
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Members may cancel at any time.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of an active membership period.
Refund Policy
Unless required by law:
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Founding Circle contributions are non-refundable.
- Missed Story Guide sessions are not refundable.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on Sophia's House—including text, photography, illustrations, videos, graphics, educational materials, and branding—is the property of Nikki Andrade LLC or its licensors.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By posting within Sophia's House, you grant Nikki Andrade LLC a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform for community purposes.
Availability
We strive to keep Sophia's House available at all times, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Features and services may change over time.
Limitation of Liability
Sophia's House is provided "as is."
